About Karen

Karen Moser LCSW, TEP is a licensed clinical social worker and a board-certified trainer, educator, and practitioner of psychodrama, sociometry, and group psychotherapy. She is also a gestalt therapist and EMDR practitioner and a graduate of Bryn Mawr College School of Social Work and Social Research. She has been an adjunct professor at both Bryn Mawr College and West Chester University. More recently you can find her teaching other therapists in her location and around the United States.

Karen has been working with individuals, groups, and couples for the last 30 years. She began her career in the addictions field where she worked in inpatient dual diagnosis rehabilitation centers and later created and directed an intensive outpatient program for the treatment of addiction and mental health. Since then, she has maintained a private practice in Chester County where she both works with clients and provides clinical training and supervision to other therapists.

Karen is a gifted clinician and teacher who utilizes a variety of treatment approaches including gestalt therapy, psychodrama, and EMDR. These experiential therapies allow for healing in the present with compassion, authenticity, and confidence.
